Solution for the Housing Crisis............

Before I tackle a very serious subject I first want to mention....The Yankees win. While the last 2 celebrity posts have not worked out- DO NOT panic. These guys are complete pros who have made a living off the "hustle". Once these guys catch a streak you might as well Quit your job and when asked "why did you quit?" Simply respond via email from the Wynn or Bellagio "Cause I can!".
With so many people fretting over the housing crisis I have come up with a way to "puke" your house with minimal pain. Rather than pay some agent a large fee and getting prison raped in the process, I am volunteering "Propick Relief Services". We will rent out a bar and have a box pool for the house. Keep in mind this doesn't work if you are the likes of Super Bro Bro (not too many people want to fork over upwards of 100k per box), but for the regular guy this is a great chance to sell your home. Here's the catch, anyone can do an NBA finals box pool but Im thinking outside the box. A WNBA game preferably on the day when there are no other sporting events (around the All Star break in baseball). Pure Euphoria for the person that wins the house on a meaningless tip in at the buzzer. In the spirit of competition there will be a roll up/roll down involving FREE Tickets to a future WNBA game. Talk about a Win-Win scenario.
