Birthday Wishes.....

Happy 50th Birthday to the sports handicapping icon simply known as "Dream". Despite possessing matinee idol looks and a boyish charm, there is no way of getting around it: Dream's getting old. As Dream has pointed out many a time, age is completely irrelevant and "if I bust his balls about the big five O, I will be completely vanquished from his inner circle" (hence no more picks).

After hitting at nearly a 90 percent clip during the NHL season, Dream has decided to release a few baseball winners, in honor of this momentus occassion. While Arod's 600th chemically induced home run milestone grabbed most the headlines, tonight it is Dream Time for gaming fans everywhere. Tonight Dream will be attending the Yankees-Red Sox game and sitting in the legends Suites (hint: look for the guy carpet bombing waitresses with $100 bills on TV later).

Without further adieu, Dream's Birthday releases are: The Yankees -150 over an injury riddled Sox team and the Phillies -131 over a "Dazed and Confused" Mets team. When I asked Dream about his thoughts on the Mets he simply shook his head and quipped "I'll take a pass".
